The Journey
My career path has been deliberately diverse, allowing me to understand the business needs of vastly different industries:
- The Big Law Foundation (Real Estate): I started in legal consulting with Eccona (2002–2007) and DLA Piper (2007–2011), building a rigorous foundation in real estate and general corporate.
- The "Physical World" (Construction): I spent six years deeply embedded in major infrastructure projects, working with ICA Construction (Pulkovo Airport Development) and Northern Capital Highway (Western High-Speed Diameter toll motorway).
- The "Digital World" (Tech): From 2017 to 2024, I served as in-house counsel for JetBrains, one of the world's leading software development toolmakers.
- The Synthesis: Since 2024, I have returned to consulting at Melling, Voitishkin & Partners, where I apply this unique blend of industrial and technical expertise to complex client matters.
The "Geek" Origin Story
Technology isn't just a practice area for me; it's a lifelong passion. My first line of code was written in BASIC for a BK-0011M in 1990. I later hacked physics calculations on an MK-85 calculator during classes.
Today, that curiosity has evolved into a professional focus on Smart Contracts, Distributed Ledger Technologies (DLTs), and AI implementation in the legal sphere.
